OUR ALTAMONTE BRANCH WILL BE CLOSED AS OF THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 21st AT 5 PM.

All appointments missed due to Hurricane Irma will be honored until Friday, October 13th between 8:30am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday at the following locations:

  • Lake Mary (No road testing done here)
  • Casselberry (Road testing only done at this location)

Please note: Appointments missed due to the hurricane will NOT require a new appointment. You do NOT need to call and reschedule a new appointment through the state. Simply visit one of the branches listed above before Friday, October 13th, between 8:30am - 3:00pm. Your missed appointment will be honored at that time. Make sure to visit the location that offers the service you had scheduled prior. We ask that you bring a copy of your confirmation email showing your missed appointment to the greeter upon arrival.

Dealer Walk through Cut-Off time: 4:45 p.m. NOTE: The NEW Longwood, Casselberry and Lake Mary Branch offices provide limited Driver Licensing services along with vehicle registration, tag and title services.  As separate licensing agencies, they must charge a $6.25 convenience fee for the driver license services.
